過去の大規模災害での教訓を生かし、発災後、迅速に復興まちづくりの方向性を地域に示して被災者の復興を支援するとともに、持続可能な地域社会の実現に向けて適切な復興まちづくりを着実に推進するためには、あらかじめ下田市の特性や現状を踏まえた復興の課題を想定し、復興まちづくりの方向性や進め方を設定する等、「復興まちづくりの取組に関する事前検討や減災の取組等(事前復興)」を進めることが必要であることから、事前復興で検討・協議した内容を「事前復興まちづくり計画」としてとりまとめました。

The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
