PDNA is a government-led exercise, with integrated support from the United Nations, the European Commission, the World Bank and other national and international actors. A PDNA pulls together information into a single, consolidated report, information on the physical impacts of a disaster, the economic value of the damages and losses, the human impacts as experienced by the affected population, and the resulting early and long-term recovery needs and priorities.

Floods 2010 Moldova Post Disaster Needs Assessment Main Report
This assessment provides a clear analysis of the extent of the damage and losses caused by the 2010 floods and identifies financing needs required to formulate recovery actions, implement medium-term recovery plans and develop a long-term DRR strategy.
This report focuses on an assessment of damage and medium- to long-term reconstruction costs. It suggests governance and institutional arrangements for implementing the reconstruction program along with an overview of cross-cutting approaches that should be taken into consideration, including social and environmental aspects, and disaster risk management and climate change considerations.
Floods 2010 Benin Post-Disaster Needs Assessment
This assessment is aimed to identify the structural causes of the floods and develop medium and long term effective flood-reduction strategies, focusing mainly on the areas of agriculture, food security, nonagricultural livelihoods, and urban environment.
