This is the Fourth Ukraine Rapid Damage and Needs Assessment (RDNA4), covering the period between February 24, 2022, and December 31, 2024.

This document reflects on the lessons learnt from the first round of MSME grant provisions with the aim of informing future livelihoods and economic recovery programs in Ukraine
