Gender Aspects of Disaster Recovery and Rehabilitation (GENDER) is a four-week specialization course under the Natural Disaster Risk Management Program (NDRMP) that contributes to improving knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and tools for implementing gender-sensitive disaster management practices, focusing on disaster recovery and rehabilitation.
