The 4RF document provides programmatic priorities, policy framework, institutional arrangements, financing strategy, and implementation arrangements for resilient recovery, rehabilitation, and reconstruction in the aftermath of the 2022 floods.

This PDNA assesses the impact of the 2022 floods in 94 calamity-hit districts across Pakistan. It serves as the foundation for future analysis, including a resilient recovery and reconstruction strategy and a coordinated effort for building back better.

本ガイドラインは、政府の中央防災会議首都直下地震対策検討ワーキンググループの「首都直下地震の被害想定と対策について」（平成 25 年 12 月）により首都直下地震の発生が懸念されていることに対して、首都直下地震緊急対策推進基本計画及び政府業務継続計画に基づき、首都直下地震発生時においても首都中枢機能が維持できるようにするため、政府全体の業務継続計画を有効に策定・運用し、改善していくための手引書である。

本事例集は、地方公共団体における被災後の迅速かつ円滑な復旧・復興への取り組み、及び災害復興事前対策の取り組みへの支援を目的に、これまで内閣府が調査してきた災害復旧・復興に関わる事例を一つにまとめて収録したものである。内閣府はこれと併せて、災害復旧・復興に関する手順や施策などをとりまとめた「復旧・復興ハンドブック」を策定しているので、これと併用して利用されたい。

今後の南海トラフ地震等の大規模な津波災害発生時において、早期回復を実現するために、復興まちづくりの事業主体となる市町村が被災後の各段階において直面することが想定される課題と事前準備とを含めた対応方法について、特に防災集団移転促進事業、土地区画整理事業、津波復興拠点整備事業を活用する際に、東日本大震災からの復興まちづくりで得た知見･教訓を整理し、ガイダンスとしてとりまとめる。
