災害復興まちづくり支援機構 　Disaster Recovery and Reconstruction Support Organization

Mission

大規模災害における緊急・応急対策や復興対策を迅速かつ円滑に進めるには、行政のみならず、数多くの専門知識を有する民間の個人・団体等の支援を欠かすことはできません。  

一方専門的資格を有する者といえども、災害時における専門的活動は平常時におけるそれとは異なり、各災害時特有の条件の下での活動が要求されます。

また、個別的・断片的に対応するのではなく、相互に連携調整を図りつつ、継続的かつ柔軟に対応する必要があります。  

以上から、このような専門家個人や団体が、平常時から連係を密にし、いざというときの活動の仕組みをつくると共に研鑽を重ねて行く必要があると考え、関係各位及び諸団体に広く呼びかけ『災害復興まちづくり支援機構』を設立することにしたものです。

It is an initiative that supports post-disaster community development. It aims to facilitate smooth recovery efforts and stabilize the lives of affected residents. The organization collaborates with experts and professional groups to provide assistance, including dispatching specialized teams, sharing information, and conducting training.
