Mission
名古屋大学は、愛知県にある国立大学である。
名古屋市千種区に本部、名古屋市内および豊川市にキャンパスを置き、国立大学法人東海国立大学機構によって運営されている。
略称は名大（めいだい）。 国内の旧帝国大学7校の1つであり、文部科学省が実施しているスーパーグローバル大学事業のトップ型指定校ならびに指定国立大学法人に指定されている。
Nagoya University, abbreviated to Meidai or NU,is a Japanese national research university located in Chikusa-ku, Nagoya.
It was established in 1939 as the last of the nine Imperial Universities in the then Empire of Japan, and is now a Designated National University.
Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
