大崎市では、震災の被害や復旧・復興活動と、そこから得られた課題や教訓を記録として保存し、復興のあゆみを風化させることなく後世に引き継ぐとともに、今後の防災対策や災害への備えとして役立てることを目的に、この度記録誌を発刊いたしました。
大崎市は、東日本大震災発生直後からの被害状況、支援・復旧 活動など大崎市の対応の事実を記録し、後世に伝えることが「安心して暮らせる災害に強いま ちづくり」につながるものと考え、ここに記録誌として発刊します。
「大崎市中心市街地復興まちづくり計画」は、東日本大震災より甚大な被害を受けた中心市街地の活力再生・防災機能の強化など、震災からの復興を目的とした基本的な方針などを取りまとめたものです。

The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
