Chile: Ley 20.444 crea el fondo nacional de la reconstrucción

Law No. 20,444, creates the National Reconstruction Fund and establishes tax incentive mechanisms for donations made in the event of a catastrophe. The said fund is intended to finance the construction, reconstruction, replacement, remodeling, restoration or rehabilitation of infrastructure, facilities, architectural historical heritage of heritage zones and typical zones, works and equipment, located in the communes, provinces or regions affected by earthquakes, tsunamis, volcanic eruptions, floods, avalanches or other catastrophes that may occur in the national territory.

La ley núm. 20.444 que crea el fondo nacional de la reconstrucción y establece mecanismos de incentivo tributario a las donaciones efectuadas en caso de catástrofe, dicho fondo está destinado a financiar la construcción, reconstrucción, reposición, remodelación, restauración o rehabilitación de infraestructura, instalaciones, patrimonio histórico arquitectónico de zonas patrimoniales y zonas típicas, obras y equipamiento, ubicados en las comunas, provincias o regiones afectadas por terremotos, maremotos, erupciones volcánicas, inundaciones, aluviones u otras catástrofes que puedan ocurrir en el territorio nacional.
