Action plan for disaster recovery: 2021 winter storm, City of Houston

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) announced that the City of Houston will receive $50,095,000 in funding to support long-term recovery efforts following 2021 Winter Storm (the 2021 Winter Storm) through the Office of the Assistant Secretary for Community Planning and Development, HUD.

Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) funding is designed to address needs that remain after all other assistance has been exhausted.

This plan details how funds will be allocated to address remaining unmet need in the City of Houston.
