Good practice UNDP Colombia: disaster prevention and assistance in Bogotá

Source
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP)

This paper presents the achievements of a pilot project aiming to reinforce Bogotá's ability to manage 'natural' disasters on a grand scale (specifically earthquakes) and develop a policy framework for the planning of early recovery efforts during these events. The experience is intended to be transferred to other Colombian cities and to other countries in the region.
