IRP Herald Vol 1: IRP’s International Recovery Forum 2014 -The Role of Private Sector in Disaster Recovery-

The International Recovery Platform Herald (IRP Herald) is the periodic newsletter of the International Recovery Platform. The IRP Herald reports on IRP activities and serves as the knowledge report for the annual International Recovery Forum, as well as recovery-related content from other major conferences.

IRP Herald Volume 1 is the knowledge report for the International Recovery Forum 2014. This edition of the IRP Herald highlights the key lessons and experiences from the speakers on the important role of the private sector in disaster recovery and reconstruction. This edition also covers the workshop on disaster recovery planning that was held in Beirut, Lebanon.
