The International Recovery Platform Herald (IRP Herald) is the periodic newsletter of the International Recovery Platform. IRP Herald Volume 22 is the knowledge report for the International Recovery Forum 2018: Build Back Better in Urban Resilience. This edition of the IRP Herald presents 12 key issues on building back better for urban resilience, including: build back better implementation framework, execution of build back better tasks, context-specificity, speed of recovery, comprehensiveness, consultation and inclusion, recovery as healing, assessment, financing, networking and learning, science and technology, and future-orientation.
