IRP Herald Volume 26 is the knowledge report for the International Recovery Forum 2019: Attaining the Build Back Better Dividend. This edition of the IRP Herald highlights key experiences and lessons from 17 speakers to realize the build back better dividend and ensure an inclusive dividend in recovery. It shares five key themes discussed at the Forum including building forward better, continuity planning, preparing for inclusive recovery, engendering cooperation and coordination, and building back better through people-centered, inclusive recovery.
