Managing hazards in New Zealand: a case study of Wellington

This case study, conducted by Wellington Emergency Management Office, presents emergency management practices in place for the city of Wellington, and discusses the all hazards approach and different phases of the comprehensive emergency management concept, including mitigation, public awareness and preparedness, and integrated response and recovery planning.
