Post-Earthquake Rapid Needs Assessment: WASH & Shelter

According to a rapid needs assessment conducted by REACH, Shelter was the most commonly reported number one priority need for displaced populations in the assessment, followed by multi-purpose cash and winterization needs.

This field assessment objective was to assess the WASH & Shelter needs due to the earthquake disaster. Within the scope of this RNA, this assessment focused on enumerate and quantify the WASH & Shelter needs of the assessed populations and identify opportunities for further interventions in areas by the Takaful Al Sham to respond to the miserable situation due to the earthquake.
