Source
Global Facility for Disaster Reduction and Recovery, the (GFDRR)

The Sectoral Recovery Capacity Assessment (SRCA) is a methodology, including a semi-quantitative assessment tool, that evaluates the capacity of key development sectors to take the necessary actions to prepare for and undertake timely, effective, and coordinated climate-resilient, gender-responsive and disability-inclusive disaster recovery projects.
