Tropical cyclone Pam: lessons learned workshop report

This report summarises the discussions and outcomes from the national debriefing workshop to identify lessons learned following Tropical Cyclone Pam. It reviews key aspects of coordination, including preparation, response and recovery.

The workshop was facilitated by the Vanuatu National Disaster Management Office (NDMO), with support from the European Union. Technical support was provided by the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC), through the Building Safety and Resilience in the Pacific (BSRP) Project and in close cooperation with sector partners.
