The face of recovery: the American Red Cross response to hurricanes Katrina, Rita and Wilma

This report assesses American Red Cross' activities to three of the major hurricanes that struck US in the last years, particularly focusing on the issue of responding to individual needs, in order to rebuild their communities, as a fundamental part of the recovery process.
