Mission
高知県 （こうちけん）は、 日本 の 四国地方 に位置する 県 。 県庁所在地 は 高知市 。
面積は四国全域の37.8パーセント、日本全土1.9パーセントを占め、全国18位の大きさです。四国の南半分の太平洋に面した細長い扇型の地形をしており、東西の海岸線の長さは713kmに及びます。背後にそびえる四国山地には、標高1,000mを超える険しい山々が連なり、林野面積は県総面積の84パーセントを占め、全国1位となっています。

The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
