一般財団法人 消防防災科学センターは、消防防災に関する調査及び研究開発、教育及び研修並びに情報の収集分析及び提供等を行い、地域社会の安心安全に寄与することを目的に消防防災に関する調査研究機関として発展してまいりました。
The Institute of Scientific Approaches for Fire and Disaster, a general incorporated foundation, has developed as a research institute on fire and disaster prevention, with the aim of contributing to the safety and security of local communities by conducting research and development, education and training, and collecting, analyzing, and providing information on fire and disaster prevention.
Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
