Bulgaria: Disaster protection act, 2006

This act provides for the regulation of measures to ensure protection of life and health of the population, of the environment and of property in events of disaster. Main provisions include preventive measures; integrated rescue system; recovery; involvement, assistance and obligations of natural and legal persons.
