State of Kansas Disaster Recovery Plan

Source
State of Kansas

The State of Kansas Disaster Recovery Plan (KDRP or “Plan”) outlines the authorities, organization, and key processes for implementing Kansas’ disaster recovery strategy.

The KDRP works with the State of Kansas Response Plan (KRP), extending and together providing a framework by which Kansas manages the full cycle of an emergency or disaster.

The KDRP also addresses and implements the recovery related requirements within the Emergency Management Accreditation Program.

The Plan is implemented with the authorization of the Governor, and the recovery provisions of this plan will be executed upon order of the Governor, TAG/KDEM Deputy Director, or the SCO.
