The state report includes select indicators to provide information on the perceptions of the affected people relating to services; respondent’s sense of government and humanitarian organization’s role in post-disaster scenario, outcomes and quality of relations between providers and affected populations.

The report provides aggregates at state level, district-wise distributions, captures urban and rural differentiation and perspectives of nine marginalized groups.

Through this report and sector deep dive analysis, we seek the voices of the affected people and marginalized groups systematically feed into on-going recovery and rebuilding of resilient Kerala.
