TIEMS First workshop in Latin America and the Caribbean

This workshop is intended to examine emergency and disaster management experiences in the Latin American and Caribbean Region. It will examine applied technologies and operational and organizational speeding the recovery from potential present their ideas and studies. TIEMS has built a network of emergency and disaster experts and workshop, to establish TIEMS chapters in the LAC region that are willing to join its global network of experts. National authorities, emergency and rescue services, individuals within emergency and discussion of emergency and disaster management in the LAC region.

Workshop Focus

Global dialogue and exchange of experience in emergency and disaster management in the LAC region, it will examine potential hazards, both of a natural or technological orgin, applied technologies and operational and organizational methods for preventing and reducing the impact and speeding the recovery from potential disasters.
