Mission

大熊町（おおくままち）は、福島県浜通りに位置し、双葉郡に属する町。

 北隣の双葉町にまたがって東京電力福島第一原子力発電所があり（1号機から4号機が大熊町、5号機と6号機は双葉町）、東日本大震災（2011年3月11日）に東日本大震災に伴い起こった福島第一原子力発電所事故により大きな影響を受け、廃炉と復興が進められている。

 

Ōkuma (福島県双葉郡大熊町, Ōkuma-machi) is a town located in Fukushima Prefecture, Japan.

The town was totally evacuated in the aftermath of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster and residents were permitted return during daylight hours from May 2013. In April 2019, parts of the town were deemed to have been successfully decontaminated, with residents allowed to return to these areas.

東日本大震災に伴う福島第一原子力発電所事故の発生により、避難生活を余儀なくされてから4年が経過し 大熊町では、今後10年間を目標年次とし、「町民生活再建支援」と「町土復興」の2つの柱を理念とした「第二次復興計画」を策定いたしました。

大熊町では、震災から1年半後の平成24年9月に「大熊町第一次復興計画」を策定し、その後、町内の放射線量予測に基づく中長期的な町土の復旧・復興について示した「大熊町まちづくりビジョン」を策定しました。

The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
