The Project aimed to empower children and youth to play an active role as contributors to societal resilience and to remove barriers to their active involvement in prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery.

This guide provides a framework and actionable strategies for local leaders to ensure an inclusive and equitable recovery process following a disaster, with a focus on addressing the needs of all community members.

The 4RF document provides programmatic priorities, policy framework, institutional arrangements, financing strategy, and implementation arrangements for resilient recovery, rehabilitation, and reconstruction in the aftermath of the 2022 floods.
