地域まちづくりの実践と学習及び交流事業を行う。「まちづくり」「学びの場づくり」「交流の場づくり」を柱に事業を展開し，広く事業への参加を呼びかけることで，多くの人がまちづくりに関わる機会を提供する。まちづくりの現場で経験を重ねることで，主体的に行動し活躍できる人材を育成し，豊かな地域社会の構築に寄与することを目的とする。
This organization provides opportunities for many people to get involved in community development by developing projects based on the pillars of "community development," "creating places for learning," and "creating places for exchange," and by calling for wide participation in these projects. By accumulating experience in the field of community development, the program aims to nurture human resources who can act independently and play an active role, thereby contributing to the building of a prosperous local community.
Voluntary Commitments
The Sendai Framework Voluntary Commitments (SFVC) online platform allows stakeholders to inform the public about their work on DRR. The SFVC online platform is a useful toolto know who is doing what and where for the implementation of the Sendai Framework, which could foster potential collaboration among stakeholders. All stakeholders (private sector, civil society organizations, academia, media, local governments, etc.) working on DRR can submit their commitments and report on their progress and deliverables.
