世界防災フォーラム2023 (World BOSAI Forum 2023)
第3回世界防災フォーラムでは以下の２点にフォーカスをします。1点目は、民間セクターおよび若年層により積極的に参画してもらうことです。2点目は、いくつかテーマを決めて、特に統合的・ 学際的なアプローチに関する企画度の高いセッションを行い、参加者の増加と交流を促すことです。 世界防災フォーラムとしての防災の具体的な解決策を産官学民の対話の中から、女性や若者の視点を大切にし、世界に向けて情報発信してまいります。

仙台防災未来フォーラム2023
今年度の「仙台防災未来フォーラム2023」のテーマは、「ここから広げる　防災が身近な世界と未来」。東日本大震災からの復旧・復興だけでなく、気候変動をはじめとした環境問題や水害など様々なテーマから広い意味での「防災」について知る・考えるプログラムを実施します。

地域産業復興調査研究シンポジウム「東日本大震災からの産業再生と地域経済・社会の展望」
本シンポジウムでは、被災地企業を対象とした震災10年後の「震災復興企業実態調査」の調査結果を報告するとともに、各サブプロジェクトからの報告を通し、10年間の震災復興は被災地域に何を残したのかなどを議論したいと思います。

令和4年度企業BCPセミナー: BCP訓練セミナー
宮城県では、県内企業の皆様がBCP（Business Continuity Plan：事業継続計画）に対する理解を深め、その策定に取り組むことを支援するため、県内企業の皆様を対象に各種セミナーを開催しています。本セミナーでは、「みやぎ企業BCP策定ガイドライン（みやぎモデル）」を使って企業BCPの策定方法を体験できます。

災害時の企業による地域復旧・復興活動の視点から学ぶ防災
私たち日本人は災害に対応する基本的な姿勢として、米沢藩藩主上杉鷹山が提唱した「三助の精神」すなわち「自助」「共助」「公助」の考え方を共有しています。巨大災害時に地域社会がたくましく復旧を成し遂げるための「企業による共助（地域貢献と地域復旧対応）」を詳細に調べた成果に基づく発見について話します。

災害復興計画、防災・減災まちづくりの視点から学ぶ防災
2004年の新潟県中越地震を「被災者」「支援者」「研究者」というさまざまな立場で経験した講師が振り返ります。震災復興支援チームと共に被災集落を周り、臨機応変な支援メニューを作成した経験から、地域を支える人材・コミュニティを育むことの大切さ、それらを支える制度や計画について話します。

【首都直下地震 最新の被害想定に対応】BCP策定支援セミナー　中小企業がいま押さえるべきBCPの必要性と中小企業強靭化法について
東京都における首都直下地震の被害想定が10年ぶりに見直されました。発生確率70%といわれる首都直下地震や激甚化・頻発化する風水害等に対し、被害を最小限に抑え、被災後もすぐに事業を復旧するには日頃の備えが大切です。本セミナーでは、企業を取り巻く災害リスクについて解説するとともに、会社や従業員を守る一策としてBCPの策定・見直しのポイントを紹介いたします。

    International Recovery Forum

    The International Recovery Forum, established in 2005, convenes a broad range of senior policymakers and practitioners to exchange experiences and facilitate discussion on challenges to resilient recovery and opportunities for building back better. It is a forum designed to generate ideas and collaboration through dialogue and debate, sharing of experiences and the latest evidence in disaster recovery. The forum is coordinated annually in Kobe, Japan, by the International Recovery Platform (IRP) Secretariat, in close consultation with the IRP Steering Committee.

    The annual forum is organized around themes to address key prevailing priorities and gaps in knowledge and practice for recovery and building back better. The forum’s themes link with the outcomes and lessons emerging from previous IRP Forums and other relevant global events, in order to advance the field. The International Recovery Forum is among the key activities managed by IRP in support of its mandate to share experiences and learning among countries and all relevant stakeholders, explicitly designated in the Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030.
