This document aims to capture the impact and vulnerabilities of different groups and sectors, including agriculture and fisheries, tourism, housing and settlements, low-income and informal workers, women, and youth to natural hazards in Tonga.

On 6th December, the Government of Albania requested support from the European Union, the United Nations, and the World Bank to undertake a full and comprehensive PDNA to identify the damage, losses, and recovery needs arising from the earthquake.

This note highlights the critical contribution that social protection can make to a broader disaster recovery effort by providing assistance directly to disaster-affected households.

This PDNA examines the impact of the prolonged drought from 2012 to 2016 in Angola on the three southern provinces Cunene, Namibe and Huíla. It provides a recovery strategy and key interventions for each of the three provinces.
